If you do decide to start your safari immediately after arrival or end it with a drop off at the airport, we suggest booking flights that arrive in the morning on the first day and depart in the evening on the last day. To secure your safari booking, we require a 25% down payment at the time of booking, and another 25% payment due 90 days prior to your departure date. The final payment of 50% can be made one month before your departure date. We accept payment through wire transfers or Credit Card.
Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 6% fee. If you prefer, you can also make the final payment in Kenya before the safari departure using your credit card. However, we highly recommend making the final payment before you arrive to ensure a seamless operation and avoid any delays due to common payment and network complications in Kenya or Tanzania.
